About the Position

The role of coordinator means that you will spend a large part of your working time with our payroll system Heroma, manage invoices in Proceedo, handle orders, liaise with caretakers regarding local issues, manage orders for work clothes, and provide ongoing support to managers.

You will also assist employees with various tasks such as system logins, booking training, creating employment documentation, ordering tags, and more.

You have a central role in ensuring that everything functions well and work closely with your coordinating colleague.

Are You the One We Are Looking For?

The requirements for the position are that you have a high school education with an administrative focus or equivalent. You have basic knowledge of the Office suite and experience working with various IT systems.

Experience in elderly care is beneficial for a better understanding of what the operations entail.

To succeed in this role, you need to be meticulous and have a good ability to independently organize and plan your tasks while adhering to deadlines both short-term and long-term, possess good collaboration skills and a sense of service. The position also demands high flexibility and the ability to find solutions. You are a good representative and have a pleasant demeanor. You can express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing.

You have a driver's license.
